MARIE EASH

Co-founder

Marie has over 16 years of experience in the Human Resources field with many of those years actively engaged in recruitment and staffing. In addition, Marie has over 1 year of experience working for a staffing agency.

Since 2013, she has served on the board as Membership Director for the HRAA and is still active in that role today.

AMY O'HARA

Co-founder

Amy has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field, several of those years were attending job fairs and actively recruiting and communicating with job seekers.

Amy earned her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Saint Francis University in 2002. She obtained her Professional in Human Resources Certificate (PHR) from HRCI in 2004 and later her SRM-CP certificate from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

She has been an active board member of the HRAA since 2013 and served as President since 2022.
